  • Currency of payment has been changed to USD.
  • Late registration fee for Non-Member has been revised.
  • Student Registration has been separated into Student Member Registration and Student Non-Member Registration.
  • Students who belong to university laboratory with SOFT Site Membership are treated as Student Non-Member.

Note

  • Member/Non-Member registration includes 1 conference proceedings (USB), 1 banquet ticket, 3 lunch tickets, and coffee breaks. The registration also covers all three days technical program (keynote, invited talks, and parallel sessions for accepted paper presentation).
  • The student registration does not include the banquet ticket.

Author Registration

  1. For paper authors, to include your accepted paper in the program as well as in the proceedings, at least one author of your paper must pay the regular (Member or Non-Member) registration fee.
  2. If you have a paper accepted, please note that your paper will not be included in the conference proceedings unless at least one (co-)author registers by 15 September, 2014.
  3. Authors who have two or more papers accepted by IEEE GrC 2014 need only register once, however, 200.00USD is charged for each extra paper.
  4. Authors whose papers (including extra papers) have extra pages (as specified in the acceptance letter) must pay an additional 100.00USD for each extra page. Two additional pages are allowed.
